After a year plus with no online communication other than email and illegal "someone"space surfing, I have decided to reconnect. This time, I'm deciding to be grown up about it. Mostly, this Grown up Girl is here to share with her other grown up friends, friends who have some growing up to do, and family, who is/are growing up too fast. (Perhaps some others in between). I'm making a conscious effort to utilize the wonderful world of spell check, and to keep this as seemingly eloquent as possible; IE: no drunken rants and raves about menthol cigs and what the true meaning of life is- been there done that...

Just wanted to keep abreast of the world of which I am leaving, and wanted those of importance to moi to have some connection as well; in the South American sense. I presume I'll get the hang of this blog spot, seeing that I was unclear of the true meaning of a "blog" until recently. Moreover, I am hoping to be able to keep up on a Spanish keyboard, being that my next few months will be spent in sans English land.
